Shipping, returns & privacy

Orders are processed and paid through Shopify's secure checkout. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay.

We ship tracked within the EU and to selected countries worldwide. You receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves us.

Prices include VAT where applicable. For orders outside the EU, local duties and taxes may apply.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in line with EU consumer law.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Contact us with your order number to start a return; refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Limited, numbered drops can be returned on the same terms.

We collect only what we need to run your account, verify your level and deliver your orders. Payment details are handled by Shopify and never stored by us.

Handicap documents are stored in private storage, visible only to you and our reviewers through short-lived links, and deleted once no longer needed for verification.

Your public proof page shows only your first name and initial, member number, earned level, home club, country and verification date. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time (GDPR).
